25 years of experience obliges us to something

We are a team that has been dealing with transport to the Western Balkans for 25 years. The most important thing is for you to find a client to whom you can sell goods of your own or other production (we maintain 100% confidentiality). We can help with contacts and try to direct you; often, if you sell, for example, to Serbia, there is an appropriate importer in Macedonia.

We will take care of the rest. We will tell you how to prepare the shipment, how to prepare the documents and goods as needed before shipment. We will discuss the export process with you and the recipient (we speak almost all Balkan languages) and the import process so that everything goes smoothly.

Our warehouses in Zabierzów PL, Belgrade RS, Skopje MK, Tirana AL, Pristina RKS, are customs warehouses and/or have places recognized by the relevant customs authorities. Your shipment will be cleared for export (ie529, ie599), checked by our team, and packed on the next freight towards our warehouses. At the EU exit border (most often HU515000 Roszke), we will present it for the closure of the export procedure.

We will deliver the shipment to the appropriate warehouse and hand it over for final customs clearance. We will help the importer to quickly and efficiently clear the shipment, and we will then quickly deliver it to their warehouses.

Do you think you have bought yourself peace of mind?

History

How it all started, about 25 years ago, in the late 1998-2001, we ran the company IDH (Internetowy Dom Handlowy). It was intended to be a project similar to Allegro, eBay, and many others today. We created a sales department with positions for telephone sales. Believe me, potential buyers did not hang up the phone; they were curious about what else the marketer could offer them. We quickly realized that the courier companies, which were in their infancy, could not meet our logistical needs, and customers were not entirely ready to click and buy.

We created a logistics department with the goal of speeding up and automating deliveries, which today is not a problem for many like inPost, DPD, DHL. Everyone has e-commerce logistics. We started in Krakow, then Katowice, Poznań, Warsaw. We thought we had a “strategic” client, TEEC Germany from Oberursel near Frankfurt, a company that organized service logistics in 20 European countries for DELL Computer (Today, if you report a failure by 16:00, tomorrow NBD by 16:00 across Poland and Europe, a courier will replace your monitor, hard drive, etc.). We were the first in the entire network to switch from Excel to our proprietary software, which was costly for a 30-person company but really sped up and facilitated work. Unfortunately, TEEC embezzled the funds and stopped paying.

We moved forward with IDH. Kurier24 was established along with partners from all major cities in Poland. We fought to develop a truly Polish and efficiently operating network. There was a 2-year episode with WISŁA Kurier, which was again unsuccessful.

I wondered what I could do. Logistics is something I feel good at, but there is always someone who will drain the company’s resources, an unfair partner who is more interested in filling their own pockets than in creating something.

Until the age of 18, I lived in Macedonia. I know the Western Balkan languages (Macedonian, Serbian) and can communicate in 99% of cases from Romania to Albania through all YU countries. This was decisive. I bought the first Iveco 3510, then another… STOP, either me or driving.

At some point, Kasia Wiśniewska, my partner, my guardian angel (she has been handling the company’s finances for 20 years), and I came to the conclusion: what to do next, what else can I do. The natural thing was to do the same thing differently.

We started developing consolidated LTL shipments to Macedonia at first, then to other Western Balkan countries, which we know well and have many friends and collaborators.

The warehouse in Macedonia was modified from LTL to Transhipment (quick transshipments controlled in customs warehouses). Experience and precise CRP (Capacity Requirements Planning) control taught us how to be effective.

Warehouses were established in Belgrade, Tirana, Pristina, with over 20% annual growth.
